Sullivan County Circuit Clerk Office Records Storage Project
To improve records storage and security, a high-density mobile shelving system was installed for the Sullivan County Circuit Clerk’s Office.
To facilitate the installation process, records were temporarily relocated while the new storage system was assembled. Once installation was complete, records were returned to the storage area and organized onto the new shelving system to provide efficient access and improved organization.
In addition to the mobile shelving installation, locking doors were incorporated on one carriage to provide an added level of security for sensitive records and materials. The completed system combines increased storage capacity with secure, organized access to important county records.
The project was later recognized in the local Sullivan County newspaper, highlighting the office’s investment in improved records storage and organization.
