Grayson County Clerk Office Records Storage Relocation Project
Tri-State Systems, Inc. completed a multi-phase relocation and installation project for the Grayson County Clerk’s Office as part of the transition to a new facility.
The project began with the relocation of existing roller shelving units and plat cabinets from the previous location. In conjunction with the move, a new high-density mobile storage system was installed to support the office’s records storage needs. Tracks were carefully leveled and anchored, and a new flooring base was constructed using OSB plywood anchored directly to the concrete floor to provide a stable foundation for the mobile system.
Following installation of the track and floor system, mobile carriage bases were assembled and existing shelving and plat cabinets were mounted into the new configuration. The project also included the transfer and organization of records, books, and media into the new storage area, helping ensure materials remained accessible and organized throughout the relocation process.
By combining existing storage equipment with a new mobile shelving system, the completed installation provides the Grayson County Clerk’s Office with an organized, efficient records storage environment designed to support both current operations and future growth.
