Installation of a High-density mobile shelving system for Warren County Sheriff’s Office, KY, designed to maximize storage capacity and create a more efficient property and evidence storage environment. Built to support the management of more than 20,000 property and evidence items, the system increased storage capacity by over 100% .

Shelby County, KY – County Clerk Office

Phase 1 included setting up a fully functional office for the County Clerk’s department. 

Phase 2 focused on the installation of three high-density mobile shelving systems, rearrangement of old shelving, and reorganization of critical documents, further enhancing records storage capacity and space efficiency. 

Overall, this project completely transformed the Clerk’s Office space by converting an overcrowded storage area into a more functional and efficient environment. The redesigned layout created room for an office, increased storage capacity, and opened additional walking space for improved accessibility and workflow. In the back storage area, two mobile shelving systems were added to maximize capacity and create a much more efficient use of space 

Sullivan County, IN – Circuit Clerk Office

Tri-State Systems, Inc. recently completed a high-density storage installation. Records were temporarily stored during the installation process and then returned and organized onto the new shelving once complete. Locking doors were also installed on one carriage to provide additional security. The finished system was later featured in the local town newspaper. 

County Clerk Office – Leitchfield, KY

Tri-State Systems, Inc. recently completed a multi-phase relocation and installation project for a county clerk’s records storage system. 

Phase 1 included relocating existing roller shelving units and plat cabinets to a new facility and installing a new mobile system. Tracks were leveled and anchored, and a new flooring base was built using OSB plywood anchored to the concrete. 

Phase 2 involved assembling mobile carriage bases, mounting the existing shelving and plat cabinets, and transferring and organizing records, books, and media in the new space.
